As requested as the most viewed series apart from the amazing work of The Son of Loki we will transport you to rural France with its amazing rural dishes made by the local people for centuries.

COQ AU VIN



Which literally means "rooster with wine", this dish could have been served when the famous Julius Caesar was still conquering western Europe. This dish which is braised chicken in wine , lardons ,mushrooms and garlic.To me personally ,I am salivating at the thought of making this amazing french dish.

RATATOUILLE



Did you guys think I wouldn't mention this most popular of French dishes, thanks to the Pixar movie this dish reached worldwide recognition. This famous and delicious dish of veggies was made originally in Nice in the 18th Century even though it has many forms.

It originally means "a course stew" in early french made of garlic ,onions , eggplant, zucchini, bell peppers and a mix of local herbs turning a warm dinner to a masterpiece of cuisine.
