Hello all today we are going to start a new series of how Gb lost its colonies starting with America or aka the 13 states.
It all started mainly from the the stamps that were needed from everything from newspapers to legal papaers even playing cards so the monachy could fund its next war (aka the French Indian war). the colones refused to pay for it so they decided to boycott it entirely. Which led to unrest in LOndon to which the king sent more red coats to america which started the war.
The first major battle was at bunker hill where the english won and controlled Boston.
Lets get in to the story
Today we are simple butchers working in boston around the year 1775 you over heard your boss saying we cant send meat to england no more because of the war i dont know how we will survive it.
the next thing you heard was a yell then a platoon of british marines shot at the patriots mowing them down like straw. A few weeks later the entire city was taken over by the reddies and every day you watch them march and parade around. On your way home you here two soldiers talking about New york and how now the british controlled it.
a few months later
you here of the defeats of the british in the southern states of georgia and south carolina and how they thanks to the help of a new general are winning the war pushing the british back towards yorktown for a final battle.
The British surrendered long live the U.S of A
And have a chilled day from the viking
