Day 1

ARMS

5x Pushups
5x Triceps dips
10x Mountain Climber
30 sec plank

ABS

8x Abdominal crunches
14x sit ups
6x leg raises
30sec plank

LEGS

16x Curtsey lunges
8x pile squats
4x side lying lift left
4x side lying lift right
4x Bottom leg lift left
4x Bottom leg lift right
10 sec wall sit

Rerember to drink plenty of water and to strech before hand
