Hello ladies and gents today we are talking about the biggest sea to land invasion during the second world war, ill leave it to Steve and Mac to tell you about this great battle.


The Battle of Normandy

Steve: Yes the topless beaches. Hey that's not right we are going to Normandy and we learning about this battle mac tell them the contenders

Kingdom of Greece Greek government-in-exile

And on the Other side is the Axis which is

 Germany

Steve: Let see how many people are in this legendary battle.

Mac : Lets show you the blow by blow

DING DING

At the beginning they were both trading punches left and right both getting hit and blood going everywhere as the allies troops were bein machinegunned to bloody pulp so germany got in a good left hook but then the full power of the allies behind several little jabs that added up to alot of damage leaving the Axis on the ropes and then the allies did what i call the RED WHITE AND BLUE punch because everyone hit simotaniusly and boom pushed them back and grabbed a stronghold.


Steve: Lets see what it cost them

by 24 July:
≈120,000 casualties for the allies 113,059 casualties for the axis
