hello ladies and gents today marks the end of the first series of Comics with your lovablr host Connie today we are choosing a odd couple of heros to talk about aka
CLOAK AND DAGGER
Connie: Thanks boss this could be for the last time huh first Mac and Steve and now me i saw it coming well folks lets go out with a bang here is how they where created. Cloak (Tyrone "Ty" Johnson) and Dagger (Tandy Bowen) are a fictional comic book superhero duo appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. They were created by writer Bill Mantlo and artist Ed Hannigan. In April 2016, Marvel Television announced that the duo would appear in their own television series, with Aubrey Joseph and Olivia Holt portraying Johnson and Bowen, respectively.
According to the creator .The inspiration for Cloak and Dagger came to Bill Mantlo after a visit to Ellis Island. He recounted, "They came in the night, when all was silent and my mind was blank. They came completely conceived as to their powers and attributes, their origin and motivation. They embodied between them all that fear and misery, hunger and longing that had haunted me on Ellis Island.
In my opion witht the series coming out soon i thought that they should get the place on this list because they are mostly on the verge of comicdom according to my experts and are only used to make the plot. We shall see how the series pans out and if they are joing the defenders. We shall see.
What i like about them is the opposite nature and how in relaity they embody the dualism of the world (yes i can say smart stuff;)) aka the Ying and yang , Black and White. Jets and Giants. Tottenham and Arsenal , Tom and Jerry. and all of these great opposits and many more in my opion they are very underated and if marvel pulls it off it will be a great series because honestly it cant be worse then Inhumans or the Iron Fist.
Thats it from me Connie and me The Viking as always have a chilled day from us both.
