Jumping Jacks= 25reps

Squats= 13reps

Push ups= 11 reps

Sit ups = 20 reps 

Plank= 25 secs


EASY= 1 Lap
MEDIUM= 2 laps
HARD = 3 laps
Remember ladies and gents to stretch before you do this and not right after eating and most importantly drink water after keep hydrated.
