Wide Squat = 16 reps
Back Lunge = 11 reps per leg
Mountain Climber= 14 reps per leg
Calf Raise= 17 Reps
Dips= 12 times
EASY= 1 Lap
MEDIUM= 2 laps
HARD = 3 laps
MEDIUM= 2 laps
HARD = 3 laps
Remember ladies and gents to stretch before you do this and not right after eating and most importantly drink water after keep hydrated.
