Hello ladies and gents today we are continueing the new season of LETS GET FIT where for the next 21 days we will lose some weight together and i will doit with you tooooooo lets get started.
THIS IS DAY 2 TO THE NEW YOU
Jumping Jacks = 18 reps
Pushups = 10 reps
Box stepups= 8 reps per leg
Sit-ups = 15 reps
Kick Back = 10 reps
EASY= 1 Lap
MEDIUM= 2 laps
HARD = 3 laps
Rerermber ladies and gents to strech before you do this and not right after eating and most importantly drink water after keep hidrated
