Hello ladies and gents today we are continueing the new season of LETS GET FIT where for the next 21 days we will lose some weight together and i will doit with you tooooooo lets get started.


THIS IS DAY 12 TO THE NEW YOU


Bird dog = 12 reps per leg

Lunge = 12 reps per leg

Kick Back= 15 reps per leg

Jumps= 8 Reps

Straight Leg Raise = 18 Reps


EASY= 1 Lap
MEDIUM= 2 laps
HARD = 3 laps
Remember ladies and gents to stretch before you do this and not right after eating and most importantly drink water after keep hydrated.
