LETS GET FIT Season 2 Episode 14

Hello ladies and gents today we are continueing the new season of LETS GET FIT where for the next 21 days we will lose some weight together and i will doit with you tooooooo lets get started.


THIS IS DAY 14 TO THE NEW YOU


Bridge = 15 reps 

Side Squat= 10 reps per leg

Side Lunge= 11 reps per leg

Sit up= 25 Reps

Plank= 30 secs


EASY= 1 Lap
MEDIUM= 2 laps
HARD = 3 laps
Remember ladies and gents to stretch before you do this and not right after eating and most importantly drink water after keep hydrated.
