LETS GET FIT Season 2 Episode 16

Hello ladies and gents today we are continueing the new season of LETS GET FIT where for the next 21 days we will lose some weight together and i will doit with you tooooooo lets get started.


THIS IS DAY 16 TO THE NEW YOU


Bird dog = 13 reps per leg 

Jumps = 10 reps 

Push ups= 15 reps

Kick back= 15 Reps per leg

Wall sit =30 seconds

Straight leg raise = 18 reps



EASY= 1 Lap
MEDIUM= 2 laps
HARD = 3 laps
Remember ladies and gents to stretch before you do this and not right after eating and most importantly drink water after keep hydrated.
