LETS GET FIT Season 2 Episode 17

Hello ladies and gents today we are continueing the new season of LETS GET FIT where for the next 17 days we will lose some weight together and i will doit with you tooooooo lets get started. 


THIS IS DAY 17 TO THE NEW YOU


Plank = 35 seconds 

Squats = 18 reps 

Box step ups= 12 reps per leg

Mountain climber= 15 Reps per leg

Side Plank = 25 seconds

Straight leg raise = 18 reps



Straight leg raise = 18 reps

EASY= 1 Lap
MEDIUM= 2 laps
HARD = 3 laps
Remember ladies and gents to stretch before you do this and not right after eating and most importantly drink water after keep hydrated.
