LETS GET FIT Season 2 Episode 3

Hello ladies and gents today we are continueing the new season of LETS GET FIT where for the next 21 days we will lose some weight together and i will doit with you tooooooo lets get started.

THIS IS DAY 3 TO THE NEW YOU

Jumping Jacks = 18 reps

Pushups = 10 reps

Back lunge= 7 reps per leg

Bird dog = 7 reps per leg arm combo

Calf Raise = 12 reps

Plank= 15secs

EASY= 1 Lap
MEDIUM= 2 laps
HARD = 3 laps



Remember ladies and gents to stretch before you do this and not right after eating and most importantly drink water after keep hydrated.
