THIS IS DAY 9 TO THE NEW YOU
Wide Squat= 15reps
|Bridge= 17reps
Box Step-up= 10 reps
Side Lunge = 10 reps
Side Plank= 15 secs
EASY= 1 Lap
MEDIUM= 2 laps
HARD = 3 laps
MEDIUM= 2 laps
HARD = 3 laps
Remember ladies and gents to stretch before you do this and not right after eating and most importantly drink water after keep hydrated.
