PREMISE

Well Ladies and gents this is a slighty old movie but it was recomended by a couple of friends of mine well the premise is that Salt played by the lovely Angelina Jolie is a russian sleeper cell whoneeds to kill the Russian President who was conveniently in New York at the same time she was there. Oh she also works for the CIA.

My Opinion

Well ladies and gents i thought the movie was ok in many ways not the best movie she has been in with one of my favourite actors Liev Schreiber who to me looks wolfish well he fitted in in xmen anyway back to this new take on the classic Action movie type. By playing a russian spy instead of the classic English and or American spy ok i give you she was working for the CIA.

The killed husband reminded me of the Bond villian from Quantom of solace. The twist idea with the spidervenom was a very sciency idea which i personally love. The story is basic part A she refuses her sleeper cell status part b they chase her part c shes captured part d she escapes ready for thr sequel that i cant find anywhere i dont think its made to be honest.

Its not bad for a sunday afternoon watch i recomend it for that with a bowl of chips and a beer. The stunts that are done on this movie will probably scare the bejesus out of tom cruise let alone the normal current people that exist. I liked the idea of the dog and nw thinking back im worried about the spider and who is feeding them. Damn movie you made me care about spiders of all things.

All in all a decent shoot em up spy movie with russian connections that could happen right now but i who knows best not to think about it really. Well with that ladies and gentlemen i hope you have a chilled day from the Viking
