This is a interview with a Mecanic that we at the White Viking met.
Question One: Which part of the Vehicle is the most expensive?
On our car there are alot of parts that have cost alot of time and developement to create but the most has to be the Steering Wheel.
Question Two: We have heard that there is a new part of the car which is different then last year and being that this sport is supost to be the lighter the better how much weight did it put on the car?
That would be the halo it makes the car safer for our drivers in the case one of the wheels rears up and hits him we have it there. and it weighs about 15 kgs.
Question Three: You said about the wheels how much do they weigh then to warrent this new Halo?
Well the front wheels way 12kgs and the rear wheels 15kgs
Question Four: Apart from the wheels which part would you think is the one with the least amount of life.
That would be the exhast we change them every 2 to 3 races.
Question Five: On average the standard hight of a F1 driver is around the 5,7 range which driver is the tallest and at how tall.
You see in this sport it isnt bout having the biggest or the strongest there is just a flare of natural ablty that you cant teach someone thats whats happened with Hulkenburg being for a Formula 1 diver over 6 feet is rare but to be exact he is about 6 foot 2.
Question Six: In some of the bigger teams there is over 1000 workers how many are in yours?
Because we are on the smaller side we have a little over a hundred but we get the job done in that many because we are good at what we do.
Question Seven: In your team with the drivers and pit crew is there a them and us situation or do they get on well with each other?
Like in every job between two different sets of people there is always a little friction but at the end of the day we have a good relationship.
Question Eight : As a penultimate question do your drivers have any lucky momentos when they drive?
That is something i thought they would but they dont no.
