Hello Gamers and Gamets this is Vintage gaming where we choose a game from the Past that i rerember with fondness this week we are talking about
POKEMON : Emerald
Pokémon Emerald Version, most commonly referred to as simply Pokémon Emerald', is a role-playing video game developed by Game Freak, published by The Pokémon Company and distributed by Nintendo for the Game Boy Advance. It was first released in Japan on September 16, 2004, and was later released in North America, Australia, and Europe. It is an enhanced version of Pokémon Ruby Version and Pokémon Sapphire Version and is part of the third generation of the Pokémon video game series.
The gameplay and controls are mostly unchanged from previous games in the series; players control a Pokémon trainer from an overhead perspective. As with previous games, the player's general goal is to traverse the Hoenn region and conquer a series of eight Pokémon gyms in order to challenge the Elite Four and its champion.
While the main subplot is to defeat two criminal organizations attempting to harness a legendary Pokémon's power for their own goals. Along with Pokémon that debuted in Ruby and Sapphire, the game incorporated Pokémon from Pokémon Gold and Silver not featured in Ruby and Sapphire in the post-game.Emerald's reception was generally positive upon release.
This game was the second game i have ever played and i still play it through emulators ofcourse on my phone and i was laughing because the whole game was 16mb big dont you think thats amazing. I still rerember the first time i choose Treeko (the leaf pokemon starter) and made it all the way through for a 9 year old boy it was a great acheivement. Anyway this game is like all the other pokemon games in the sense that you have 3 options of pokemon a Fire type,a Water and a Leaf type.
I personally never choose the water type because it just isnt worth it on theis world yes it has some benefits but nothing that you cant capture later with a lotad which is my favourite water type (strokes lotad) great pokemon in my opinion. Anyway i really surgest you try this game because i have had somuch fun trying to catch them all.
