Hello ladies and gents today on PlayStation news we are talking about
RESIDENT EVIL 2 '1-SHOT' DEMO ARRIVING THIS WEEK
Resident Evil 2 will be getting a "1-Shot" demo this week for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Steam.
Announced by Capcom, this 1-Shot Demo will give players one chance and 30 minutes to try out the remake of the 1998 horror classic. The demo will be available for download from January 11 through January 31 and will be similar to the demos that have been shown at such events as E3.
Players will be put in the shoes of rookie cop Leon Kennedy as he explores the terror that has overtaken Raccoon City Police Department. While the demo will only last 30 minutes, players will be able to continue if they die. However, once the time is up, so will be the demo. When completed, a brand-new trailer exclusive to the demo will play, giving another glimpse at the title that launches on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on January 25, 2019.
This 1-Shot demo leaked on the Xbox Store in mid-December and all the details match with the announcement. While Resident Evil 2 is a remake of the 1998 PlayStation One classic, Capcom is treating this as a brand new entry in the long-running series and will be using Capcom's RE Engine which was first used in 2017's Resident Evil 7. Our hands-on preview echoed these sentiments, as we said "that it is so good to play, look at, and listen to that it feels like a completely new game."
I and my brother are really looking forward to it and as always have a chilled day from the viking.
