Snickers martini

Snickers martini


Contains peanuts, tree nuts, milk, soy and sesame.

Get the party started with this Snickers cocktail, made from caramel, peanuts, chocolate liqueur and butterscotch schnapps.


Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp bought thick caramel sauce
  • 2 tbsp roasted peanuts, finely chopped
  • 1 x 50g Snickers chocolate bar
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) chocolate liqueur
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) thickened cream
  • 2 tbsp butterscotch schnapps
  • Ice cubes, to shake


Step 1

Spread the caramel sauce over a small plate. Place peanut on a small plate. Dip the rim of two 160ml (2/3 cup) martini glasses into caramel sauce then dip in the peanuts to coat. Place in the fridge to set.

Step 2
Cut the Snickers bar into small squares. Skewer pieces onto cocktail skewers.

Step 3
Place the chocolate liqueur, cream and schnapps in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice cubes. Secure lid. Shake vigorously until well combined. Strain mixture into prepared glasses. Top with Snickers skewers to serve.
