CHURCHILL COCKTAIL
An intense cocktail from 1945 with a touch of freshness with the addition of the lime juice.
INGREDIENTS
- 15 ML COINTREAU
- 45 ML BRUICHLADDICH SCOTCH WHISKY
- 15 ML SWEET VERMOUTH
- 5 ML FRESH LIME JUICE
HOW TO MAKE A CHURCHILL COCKTAIL
STEP 1
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker
STEP 2
Add ice and shake until well-chilled
STEP 3
Strain into a chilled Old Fashioned glass
STEP 4
Garnish with a lemon twist
And as always have a chilled day from the Viking
