Tuna Salad Stuffed Avocado Bowls made Healthy

Tuna Salad Stuffed Avocado Bowls bring a healthy twist to a classic dish to kick off a new year, new you or just to satiate your avocado needs. (Gluten-Free, Low-Carb, Sugar-free, Dairy-Free friendly)

Ingredients:

  • 1 (6.4oz) can of albacore tuna, drained
  • 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 3 Tablespoons relish
  • 2 Tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 avocados

Directions:

1. In a small bowl mix together, drained tuna, yogurt, relish, onion powder, garlic powder, celery, and red pepper flakes.  Store in an airtight container in fridge.

2. When ready, slice avocados in half, remove pit. With a fork gently mash avocado in the skin. Spoon tuna salad into center of avocado and enjoy!
