SMOKED SALMON SANDWICHES

These Smoked Salmon Sandwiches are incredibly easy to make and chock full of nutritious ingredients. Makes for the most perfect light and healthy lunch.
INGREDIENTS
- 8 slices whole wheat grain bread
- ¼ cup cream cheese
- 8 slices smoked salmon
- 2 large tomatoes sliced
- ½ cup radishes cleaned and sliced
- 1 avocado sliced
- 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
- ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
- ½ teaspoon pepper or to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
On 4 of the sliced bread, spread some cream cheese evenly over the entire slice. Layer with smoked salmon, followed by avocado slices, tomatoes, radishes, and alfalfa sprouts. Top with remaining slices of bread, and serve.
