PEACHY KEEN

The Peachy Keen is a complex, yet refreshing cocktail with the peach jam bringing out the sweetness in the bourbon and the aged tequila adding some nice earthy complexity.


INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5oz anejo tequila
  • 0.5oz bourbon
  • 0.5oz peach jam (1 tablespoon)
  • 0.5oz lime juice
  • 0.25oz light agave syrup


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake well. Double strain into a glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with a slice of peach if desired.
