The apple cobbler cocktail

Feel like dessert but not after something heavy? This cocktail might just do the trick. Taking its name from a classic, the apple cobbler, Nick Selvadurai turns an all time favourite sweet into a evening must-have.


INGREDIENTS

  • 45ml Bulleit Bourbon
  • 15ml La Quintinye Blanc
  • 15ml apple and clove syrup
  • 20ml apple Juice
  • 20ml lime Juice
  • 15ml egg white


METHOD

1.Double shake and double strain. Garnish with crushed milk arrowroot biscuits.
