Feel like dessert but not after something heavy? This cocktail might just do the trick. Taking its name from a classic, the apple cobbler, Nick Selvadurai turns an all time favourite sweet into a evening must-have.
INGREDIENTS
- 45ml Bulleit Bourbon
- 15ml La Quintinye Blanc
- 15ml apple and clove syrup
- 20ml apple Juice
- 20ml lime Juice
- 15ml egg white
METHOD
1.Double shake and double strain. Garnish with crushed milk arrowroot biscuits.
