LETTUCE CUPS WITH MARINATED CHICKEN
Sriracha adds a kick to chicken in a creamy, herby dressing, all wrapped in fresh lettuce leaves

INGREDIENTS
700g packs Diced British Chicken Breast
2 Baby Gem lettuce
150g feta, crumbled
10g coriander, torn
2tbsp Sriracha or chilli sauce
METHOD
1 Cook the chicken according to the pack instructions. Set aside to cool for 10 mins.
2 Separate the lettuce leaves and load with the cooked chicken and feta.
3 Sprinkle with the coriander and drizzle over the chilli sauce.
