AMAZING SANDWICHES

 Hello ladies and gents this is the Viking telling you that today we are talking about 

Classic reuben sandwich


A good ole' fashioned Corned Beef Reuben Sandwich. Pile it high and serve on rye.

 Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Unsalted butter softened
  • 2 slices Rye Bread
  • 4 tbsp Thousand Island Dressing
  • 2 tbsp Sauerkraut drained
  • 2 slices Gold Label Imported Swiss Cheese thin
  • ¼ lb 1st Cut Cooked Corned Beef Brisket thin

Instructions

  1. Butter each slice of bread and place into skillet buttered side down.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of thousand island dressing on each slice of bread.
  3. Evenly spread Sauerkraut and place a slice of cheese over each slice of bread.
  4. Pile the Corned Beef on one side, then press sandwich together.
  5. Place skillet over medium-low heat and grill until bread is browned and crisped.
  6. Flip sandwich over to grill other side.
