Hello ladies and gents this is Dino Lou telling you that today we are talking about
Parasaurolophus
Parasaurolophus lived in the late Creataous period 76.5 - 73 million years in what we called North America and in parts of Asia.
They stood about 15 feet tall and from head to tail was 33 feet long, their front legs were smaller than their hind legs which made their running abilities on their hind legs stronger than most other dinosaurs. They weighed 3-4 tones!
The Parasaurolophus had a unique skull, was 5 feet long and had a 2-foot crest on the back. In this were lots of different size chambers that meant the animal could make low frequency so they could talk to other dinosaurs at a pitch sound we soundly be able to hear for miles. When a common predator T Rex was close, they could alert the whole herd and other dinosaurs.
The only museum in the world that has a full fossil skeleton is The National History Museum in London is the only fossil in the world that is complete!
And as always have a chilled day from Dino Lou
