 Hello ladies and gents this is the Viking telling you that today we are talking about 

Delicious Chocolate Old Fashioned



Settle into a sweet sipping chocolate old fashioned with bourbon, Ballotin Original Chocolate, orange, and mole bitters. It’s an easy riff on a classic whiskey cocktail, and a tasty one at that. This is a slight variation on the chocolate old fashioned recipe available on the Ballotin Whiskey website.

SERVINGS. 1

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 oz Ballotin Original Chocolate whiskey
  • 0.75 oz bourbon
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 2 dash chocolate mole bitters
  • Orange slice and cherry optional**
  • Garnish: chocolate dipped orange chip chocolate rim.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine Ballotin Original Chocolate whiskey, bourbon, chocolate bitters and orange bitters in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until well combined.
  3. Strain into a chocolate rimmed rocks glass with one large rock. Garnish with a chocolate dipped orange peel.
