 Hello ladies and gents this is the Viking telling you that today we are talking about 

Screwdriver



Bring the taste of summer holidays to your next party. Mix freshly squeezed orange juice with vodka and Angostura bitters for a classic screwdriver cocktail


Ingredients

  • 1 large or 2 small oranges
  • 1 clementine
  • 50ml vodka
  • few dashes of Angostura bitters
  • handful of ice cubes
  • wedge of orange

Method

STEP 1

Squeeze the juice from the oranges and clementine and set aside.


STEP 2

Put a handful of ice cubes into a tall glass and pour over the vodka, followed by the fruit juices.


STEP 3

Stir gently to combine, then add the Angostura bitters and a wedge of orange to garnish.

And as always have a chilled day from the Viking
