Hello ladies and gents this is the Viking telling you that  today we are talking about 

Spiced clementine mulled whisky



Preparation and cooking time

Make the most of clementines at Christmas and make this warming mulled whisky. It's perfect for winter nights when you come in from the cold


Ingredients

  • 600ml ginger beer
  • 150ml clementine juice, plus clementine slices to garnish
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 5 cloves
  • pinch of allspice
  • 200ml whisky

Method

STEP 1

Tip the ginger beer, clementine juice, honey, cinnamon sticks, cloves and allspice into a saucepan, and bring to a simmer over a low heat. Cook for 5 mins to warm through.


STEP 2

Remove from the heat and stir in the whisky. Divide between four heatproof glasses or mugs, drop in a few clementine slices and serve.
